GPS Antenna Splitters

The GNSS Splitters based on the Wilkinson splitter design. The frequency response covers the entire L-band (all GNSS Frequencies) with excellent gain flatness. In the standard configuration, (J1) passes DC from the connected GPS device through the splitter to the input (antenna port). The other RF output (J2,J3,….) is DC blocked and loaded with a 200Ω resistor to simulate the antenna current draw to prevent false antenna alarm faults.

Excellent Gain Flatness: |J1 – J2| < 1.0dB

Amplifier Gain of 20dB typical

Extremely Flat Group Delay : Less that 1ns variation

Phase Matched Outputs: Phase (J1 – J2) < 1.0°

Standard Line Amplifiers

The LA20RPDC is a one input, one output Low Noise Amplifier with 20dB gain typical. The frequency response covers GPS L1, L2, L5, Galileo, GLONASS and all other L-band frequencies with excellent flatness. In the default configuration, the RF output (J1) passes DC from the connected GPS receiver through the amplifier to the active antenna, allowing the GPS receiver to power both the antenna and the LA20RPDC amplifier. In the Networked (Externally Powered) configuration, the output is DC Blocked and the user selects the input voltage that will be sent up the coax to power an external antenna.

The LA20RPDC has a very low noise figure and an excellent 1dB compression point and 3rd order intercept.

GPS Re-Radiating Kits

The GPS Portable Re-Radiating Kit (PNRRKIT) is a re-radiating system that allows re- radiation of the GPS L1 signal indoors. The PNRRKIT consists of a re-radiating amplifier with a wall mount plug-in transformer that powers the entire system, and a passive L1 re-radiating antenna. The GPS L1 signal from the roof antenna is amplified and radiated indoors. Thus, if a receiver has line of sight with the reradiating antenna, it can receive the GPS signal indoors up to 100 feet away.

Re-Radiating Amplifier with Power Supply : Gain ≥20dB

Optional Mounting Kit Hardware: Re-Radiating Amp Mount

Variable Gain Option Available: Re-Radiating Amp Gain Varies from –3 to +23 dB

Attenuators & DCB

The XXATTENPDC GPS Fixed Attenuator (GNSS Attenuator) is a one input, one output device that can be specified with a fixed attenuation value between 0 – 20dB in a miniaturized housing. The frequency response covers the GPS L1, L2, L5, Galileo and GLONASS frequencies (entire L-band) with excellent flatness. In the normal configuration, the RF output (J1) passes DC from the connected GPS receiver through the amplifier to the antenna, allowing the GPS receiver to power both the antenna and the mini amplifier.

A Range of Fixed Attenuation Values Available: 1dB ≥ATTEN ≥20dB

Small Form Factor: 2.5 (not including connectors) x 0.75 x 0.875 in

Excellent Flatness: Gain | L1 – L2 | < 1.0 dB

Low SWR < 1.5dB typical

The DCB GPS DC Block (GNSS DC Block) is a one input, one output device that is designed to block unwanted DC voltage anywhere in a system network. The DCB features a miniaturized housing to use when small form factors are required. The frequency response covers the GPS L1, L2, L5, Galileo and GLONASS frequencies (entire L-band) with excellent flatness. In the normal configuration, the RF input and output will block DC from both the input and output.

Blocks DC voltage

Small Form Factor : 2.5 (not including connectors) x 0.75 x 0.875 in

Extremely Flat Group Delay: Less that 1ns variation

Excellent Flatness: Gain | L1 – L2 | < 1.0 dB

Low Insertion Loss < 1.0dB typical

GPS Filters

The L1FPDC is a one input, one output RF device that provides additional GPS L1 filtering from a GPS antenna. The frequency response covers L1 centered at 1575MHz. In the normal configuration, the RF output (J1) passes DC from the connected GPS receiver through the input port to the antenna, allowing the GPS receiver to power the antenna.

Passes GPS L1 Frequency

Excellent Pass band Ripple

L1/L2 Ripple < 1.0 dB

GPS Combiners

The GPS Combiner (GNSS Combiner) is a four input, one output device. The frequency response covers the entire L-band (all GNSS frequencies) with excellent flatness. In the standard configuration, DC is passed from a connected GPS device through the combiner to both inputs (antenna ports). The connected GPS device or receiver will continue to maintain a GPS lock in the event of an antenna failure.

Extremely Flat Group Delay: Less that 1ns variation

Low Insertion Loss

Passes all GNSS Frequencies (Entire L-band)

Provides Antenna redundancy : Allows receivers to function with a failed antenna

Cables, Connectors & Miscellaneous

Coax cable provides excellent performance, but is under .25 ” in diameter. It has the lowest loss of any flexible cable and comparable loss to semirigid hard-line cables. It is ideal for any GPS application that requires an easily routed, low loss RF cable.

Patented DC Pass coaxial protector for tower top electronics. The industry’s best RF performance with low throughput energy and multi-strike capability. The DGX includes both bulkhead and flange mounting options on the body making it versatile and easy to install. The GX Series is multi-strike capable, fully weatherized and provides the industrys lowest throughput energy. 50 OHM loads.
