Sensoneo Asset Management solution enables you to digitize your bin infrastructure. It combines RFID tags and stickers, Smart Waste Management System, Mobile App and RFID readers.

Sensoneo Route Planning solution enables you to optimize and automate planning of waste collection routes.

It combines the Smart Waste Management System, Driver Navigation App, Watchdog and it can incorporate data from Smart Sensors and/or Smart Tags. Our Route Planning enables to automate the management of the waste collection routes, based on precise pre-defined data regarding waste collection vehicles, depots, and landfills/ incineration sides. Single Sensor is an enterprise class device monitoring fill-level of various types of containers. It uses single ultrasonic beam that can measure up to the depth of 200cm. Single sensor is recommended for all bin types starting from family house bin’s size (240L). It incorporates accelerometer for tilt recognition. It also informs you about the container’s temperature that can be used as a fire alarm.

The sensor may operate fully independent in LoRaWAN, Sigfox or in a RF-MESH mode as a slave to a neighbor Double Sensor or to Solar powered External Master (both communicating by GSM).

The sensor is powered by replaceable batteries which frequently inform the operator about their capacity. The housing is highly durable and robust – made of recyclable polyamide with optical fibers.

Sensors are quickly configurable via Cloud-based WebAdmin application and the received data is presented via Dashboards which include maps, tables, graphs, data exports and fully automated planning of the collection routes.  The gathered data from sensors is presented also via the Advanced Analytics tool which provides complex analytical views needed for decision making in terms of planning and managing the capacity of the containers and the collection cycles’ rate.

It uses four ultrasonic beams that can measure up to the depth of 400cm. Quatro sensor is recommended for high capacity bin types starting at 2 square meters. It incorporates accelerometer for tilt recognition and GPS module for position measurement and time synchronization. It also informs you about the container’s temperature.

The sensor may operate fully independent in LoRaWAN, Sigfox, NB-IoT, Cellular networks or in a BLE-MESH mode as a master or slave with neighbor sensors.

The sensor is powered by replaceable batteries which frequently inform the operator about their capacity. The housing is highly durable and robust – made of recyclable polyamide with optical fibers. The sensor is configurable via all networks or in place via Bluetooth Android application.

RFID BIN TAGS / STICKERS AND READERS

Identify bins using tags and stickers to simplify bin tracking, customer communication and invoicing. Restrain unauthorized use of bins.

 

Tags allow for easy asset tracking. RFID features enable automatic service identification and access to bin details for waste professionals. Numerical, bar or QR code allows access to bin details for public.

Your waste infrastructure is digitalized in the Smart Waste Management System. The Dashboard offers bin inventory, a digital interactive map, tools for qualitative analysis of your waste infrastructure (bin distribution, capacity, costs, etc’), record maintenance, collection records and an overview of citizen feedback.

Automatic service verification is available for all tagged bins using an RFID reader. We offer 2 different readers – Watchdog for vehicles and Handheld RFID reader. RFID reader provides contactless access to bin details and allows for pickup recording. All data is sent to the solution’s backend.

The waste management tools suite is composed of several tools each provides the user with different views and features that helps to monitor, analyze and plan the operation based on real-time sensors’ data.

Included tools are:

  • Smart Waste Management System – WMS:
    A powerful enterprise grade cloud based management and provisioning platform enabling end customers to monitor, manage and configure their daily business and also enables the partners to manage and configure all the data for their customers. It includes dashboards with visual data, bins configuration module, routes overview and fleet management module, reports module and more.
    The application provides with planning of optimal collection routes and semi-automated navigation. It also includes predictions, exports, visualization, graphics, full container management and feedback from citizens. The application is part of the solution and is available for customer’s managers as a web-based application, as well as an Android tablet version.
  • Advanced Analytics Tool:
    Represents valuable analytics and reporting toolset which allows customers to “Understand their waste”. Customers learn via Advance Analytics all statistics concerning types of monitored bins, the overall monitored capacity as well as the distribution of the bins in specific locations of the city, business or industrial park.
    Via Advance Analytics the customers are able to analyze dynamics of the waste in every monitored bin (how much and how fast waste is generated), can pinpoint bins with inappropriate capacity or collection frequency, can recognize places with appropriate or low quality of service for citizens or businesses, can understand the “hot” days where most of the specific waste is generated and most importantly customers can recognize efficiency of the bin capacity usage to optimize their collection routes.
  • Route Optimization Intelligence (ROI):
    Delivers valuable toolset for automated management of the waste collection routes. ROI comprises from Fleet management module which allows the customer to define his fleet of waste collection vehicles (e.g. size, weight, capacity, etc’), vehicles’ depots and discharges of the waste. ROI allows the operator to manage his routes by one click and effectively utilize collection vehicles and plan the most efficient route. The tool considers size and weight of your vehicle to avoid the situation when your car is sent to the place where it overreaches the size or weight limits of bridges/gates and other weight and size sensitive places. The intelligence works also with costs and enables you to have an actual overview of the costs per each planned activity.
  • Citizen App:
    Citizens have access to data from Sensoneo Sensors via a free mobile app by Sensoneo – Citizen App. The app informs about waste levels in all monitored bins and enables users to find the nearest available empty bin for specific waste types including directions to the bins. It also enables citizens to instantly report on problems with the bins or their surrounding including pictures. The app is available worldwide on Android and IOS platforms.
