The CXTA single- and dual-axis analog tilt sensors offer resolution, accuracy and fast response in an inexpensive, easy-to-use package. The CXTA series design centers on a highly stable silicon micro-machined capacitive inclination sensor element. The CXTA series is fully signal conditioned with high level analog output(s), and optional analog temperature signal.

ACEINNA MTLT105D-R SERIES- Dynamic Tilt Sensor Modules

The ACEINNA MTLT105D-R series is a dynamic tilt sensor with programmable tilt threshold alarm and RS232 Interface. The MTLT105D-R integrates highly reliable MEMS based accelerometers and gyroscopes, a microprocessor to calculate tilt angles and protection circuitry for robust operating environments. The MTLT105D-R has complex sensor fusion and calibration algorithms to achieve a 0.5degree tilt accuracy in a wide variety of dynamic conditions. The MTLT105D-R includes an active high programmable tilt alarm for safety applications. It can be programmed to be triggered when the tilt exceeds a specified user set threshold and can be used to lock out controls or trigger a bell or warning light. The MTLT105D-R is available in a fully enclosed IP67 plastic over-molded enclosure with 1m flying leads.

CXLTG-Series – High Performance Accelerometer Modules

The TG-Series 3-Axis accelerometers are high performance ±2g and ±10g sensors, featuring precision three-layer silicon differential capacitive MEMS sensing elements that provide ultra  low noise and excellent stability. MFA1100R

The MFA1100R is a gas flow sensing module based on ACEINNA’s proprietary thermal gas flow technology.  It can measure up to 100SLM flow rate with +/-1.5% accuracy (after external calibration), and achieves a turndown ratio greater than 500:1. It includes on-chip circuitry for converting gas flow rates to a differential analog voltage with very high (better than 1%) repeatability. The device runs from a single cell battery, and has a low power sleep mode for managing battery life.

The MFA1100R is a true mass flow meter, and can easily be configured and integrated into an electronic intelligent gas meter. Customized versions are available, contact MEMSIC for more information.

ACEINNA’s MDP200 series MEMS differential pressure sensors measure ultra-low gas pressures covering the range of up to ±500Pa. ACEINNA’s thermal flow sensing element is monolithically integrated with CMOS signal processing circuitry and embedded software capable of converting gas flow rates to a digital format. The signal is linearized and temperature compensated.
