The new ZTE ZM8620 LTE (4G) wireless module supporting downlink data rates up to 100Mbps and uplink data rates up to 50 Mbps. ZM8620 is a multimode wireless communication module with mini-PCIE interface, which can be applied in various industrial or consumer devices. ZTE ZM8620 has a wide range of LTE-FDD bands, but also TDD-bands.

The version V2/D is supporting FDD- bands 1/3/7/8/20 as well as TDD-band 40 and focused on the European/Asian market.

The version V2/C is supporting FDD- bands 1/2/4/5/7/8/12 as well as TDD-band 38 and focused on the North American market.

The ME3760 is a 4G product offering TDD-LTE technology, designed for M2M applications with the demand for reliability and highest data speed. Form factor is miniPCIe and it is covering the LTE-TDD bands 38, 39 and 40 as well as TD-SCDMA bands 34 and 39 making it suited for the Chinese market, but also other geographical areas using TDD-bands.
